We are providing bus transportation on the morning of March 25th from Athens City Center to the hotel. The exact pick-up location will be announced closer to the date.
The journey takes approximately 4 hours. Buses will depart in waves (two buses at a time) starting at 07:30 AM, with subsequent departures every 30 minutes.
To ensure a smooth departure, every Entity will be assigned a specific bus and time slot.
⚠️ Please note: Delegates cannot choose their own departure time.
The cost of the bus is €22 per way (€22 for the trip to the venue, and an additional €22 for the return trip to Athens).
Payment must be made in CASH (Euros only).
(Chief Delegates are responsible for collecting the fee from their delegation and handing it to the CC responsible on the bus before boarding.)
