How will I know if my merch order is confirmed?

An email will be sent to you confirming your order, by the CC team.

Where should I land?

We strongly advise arriving in Athens (ATH), for better convenience in reaching the venue.

Where are the payments being done?

Once the round closes and delegates are confirmed, an invoice will be issued to each Entity. Payment must be completed within 7 days from the invoice date. Your Chief Delegates (CDs) together with your Home Member Committee (MC) are responsible for aligning with you on payment details, deadlines, and confirmation.

How can I get to the hotel?

The CC team will provide buses, for a small cost, for easier transportation from Athens to the venue. Stay tuned!

Do I need a VISA to travel to Greece?

What are the refund policies?

Delegates have the right for a full refund before the 22/02, 50% refund from 23/02 - 09.03 and no refund after 10/03.
